Etiquette
All identifying and other personal information is used for the sole purpose of making contact with the client. Under no circumstances is client information released or transferred to any other person, entity or business.

Valuables and Jewellery
All jewellery must be removed for most spa services. Please leave your valuables and jewellery at home. Although we provide lockers with keys, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your valuables.

Pregnancy
You may want to avoid treatments using deep pressure. Please inform us of your condition when scheduling your treatment so we can assist you in selecting the treatment(s) which are most appropriate for you.

Bookings
We ask you to book ahead to avoid disappointment.

Arriving for your Appointment
Please arrive for your first appointment at least 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. If you are a new client you can download the new client information form, fill the details and bring it with you. Forms are also available at the spa.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given (for weekdays) the full fee will be charged. If less than 48 hours notice is given (for weekends) the full fee will be charged.

Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Diners for payments made at the spa. For online payments only we also accept American Express.

Security
For our online transactions we use paypal’s secure network. We do not collect any credit card information.
